Prepayment — and the slot stops vanishing
A seat in the evening group is taken, and at the start — silence: the client simply did not come. No cancellation, no chance to give that seat to the next person on the waitlist.
Turn prepayment on — a percentage of the total or a flat amount. The invoice goes out right at booking: the client pays by card, the money lands in your own till, and the seat is held while the payment goes through. Not paid — the seat is free again and the next client takes it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I run group and personal sessions at the same time?
Yes. Group classes run with a seat limit and a waitlist, personal sessions work as a regular booking with a trainer. Both types live in one timetable and, if needed, in one membership.
Are there corporate memberships?
Yes. You can issue a membership to a company and attach employees to it: sessions are deducted from the shared pack, and an attendance report is exported for the employer.
How does a membership freeze work?
You set the freeze period — the validity is shifted automatically and no sessions are lost. The client gets a message when the membership is active again.
What happens when the group is full?
The client goes onto the waitlist. If someone cancels, the seat is offered to the first in the queue — automatically, without an administrator.
Does the AI understand Uzbek and voice messages?
Yes. It replies in Russian and Uzbek, recognises voice messages in Instagram and Telegram, books into a group and explains the memberships.
