The Saturday slot with the barber is booked, and in the morning — silence: the client simply did not come. No call, no cancellation, no chance to give that chair to someone else.

FAQ
How does Alter calculate tips and barbers' pay?
Tips are recorded in the receipt separately from the service and do not count towards the shop's revenue. Pay is calculated by commission or a fixed rate for each barber — at the end of the shift and the month you see the total for each one.
Can a client choose a specific barber?
Yes. The client books with his own barber and sees only that barber's free slots. If the barber is on holiday, Alter offers a replacement from the team.
How does “same as last time” rebooking work?
Alter remembers the service, the barber and the duration. The client only has to reply “yes” to the reminder — the booking is created for the nearest suitable slot.
Does the AI understand Uzbek and voice notes?
Yes. It replies in Russian and Uzbek, recognises voice notes in Instagram and Telegram and books based on what the message means.
Can I limit the discounts the AI offers?
Yes. You set which hours can be offered and the maximum discount allowed. The AI never goes beyond those limits.
How do I switch from Altegio or a notebook?
